Shipping
I've placed my order, when will it ship?
All orders will ship in 2-3 business days from date of order confirmation. Please note, orders may not be shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note, shipping may be delayed during our sales but we try our best to fulfill it as quick as possible!
When will I receive my order once it has shipped?
U.S.A. DOMESTIC:
We currently offer shipping via USPS:
Standard domestic shipping: Free, 5-7 business days
Express shipping: $10, 2-4 business days
Orders may not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, so if you order on Saturday, it will ship out on the next business day, which is Monday.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do! Our standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
Lost or stolen package
Kalama Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact kalamajewelry@gmaill.com to initiate a claim.
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kalamajewelry@gmail.com to receive the return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping fees when making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Kalama Jewelry is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kalamajewelry@gmail.com.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a store credit and place a new order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
International shipments are shipped through USPS and vary by country.
Packages can be expected between 10-20 business days, depending on the region.
Duties and taxes
*Receiver is responsible for International Duties and Tax.
Kalama Jewelry is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
DDU: Delivered Duty Unpaid
All countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, and all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. The taxes and duties will not be calculated in checkout. Paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order is the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Simply ship the items you wish to return back to us!
1. Fill out your returned items on the invoice.
2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
3. Reach out to kalamajewelry@gmail.com for return address.

Please note, all international shipping fees with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Any duties and taxes paid are also nonrefundable. Kalama Jewelry is not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
